                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1833
                   GUNBARREL ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHWEST LINE OF
                   GUNBARREL ROAD SOUTHWEST OF IGOU GAP ROAD, FROM
                   R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 1833 Gunbarrel Road,
                being on the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road
                southwest of Igou Gap Road.  Lot 9, Pine Terrace
                Subdivision, not recorded; being the property
                described in deed book 4478, page 558, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 158D-F-10.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone, subject to the
         conditions of the Growth Corridor Standards.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
